Well in the thread you linked he did say 403. But sciger didn't put it under the boxes on the list - if you check there is only 000, 001, 002, 003, 004, 40G, and hunter box. So im guessing the guy who said 403 made a typo and told sciger. And that post was made when only those existed, so I don't think that locbox 403 is actually an item.
