When I see that there are no GM comments in the suggestions, does that mean that they are completely ignoring the suggestions, or do they look at the stuff there but just not comment? Thanks!

GH does read the Suggestions,
GH does read the Suggestions, but even so you may be wasting your time. These are the same people who won't remove AT from LD despite constant complaints, and perpetuate the costume over content updates, despite numerous complaints. Clearly the majority means nothing.
They have every right to do so of course, but I am recommending that you don't waste your time. It is their game, they do what THEY want. Not what the players want.

Game Masters do read over suggestions in the suggestions forum, however they typically will not comment on them to avoid ending discussion on said suggestions prematurely. If a GM were to post on one, it would likely be assumed to be more special than the other suggestions, when in reality every suggestion is just as likely as that one to be implemented.
