im getting tired of make more than 100 runs on arcade or missions to find some orbs.
so please grey havens, can you increase the drop rate just a little bit.
i think its a one hell of a struggle for the veterans and rookie players too.
i've know this suggestion will be send in the graveyard soon..but consider this idea!

The best place to get shinings and eternal orbs are from the mission "In cold blood" i think its a 7-2 mission? My little brother got 9 eternals in 1 day and more than enough shinings to level all of his 4* equipment with the 100% forge option. Running with a full party also increases drop chance as well as difficulty
Orb drop rates are pretty fair, at least on the elite difficulty. Other difficulties, less so.
The drop rates shouldn't be increased for orbs, but rather all rarities should be standardized around the elite difficulty with minimal deviation from it. Nothing more than a 10% increase or decrease, with a 4-5% range being ideal.
But yeah, if you can't find orbs use the money you've gained while searching for them to buy energy from the energy market, then use that energy to purchase orbs. It's the easiest way to craft things reliably. :)
Honestly, for most Vanguards, it isn't even that big of a deal to get Orbs. For me at least, I get enough Eternal Orb drops just from doing my thing normally, and I almost never have to go on runs just for Orbs anymore. Elite Orbs and lower, I can just buy with the extra Crowns I get from playing normally.
And, I know nobody likes hearing this, me included, but you always have the option of buying Energy with real-world money and getting your Orbs off the Supply Depot. They aren't going to just hand out Orbs left and right; they're built to frustrate people into wanting to spend money on them.
My advice: If you're trying to get 3-star certification, play Arcade gates with arenas at Depth 9-12 (the lower the better), and run the Jelly Palace when you aren't doing that. For 4-star, do arenas at Depth 14-17 (again, lower is better), and run the mission Sewer Stash when you aren't doing that. Sewer Stash has the highest Elite Orb drop rate in the game. Just run through the first floor without killing anything, break the boxes at the end, restart until you have what you want. If this fails, play a mix of Jelly Palace and Ironclaw Munitions Factory. Remember, Elite mode pays out more Rarities.
If you're going after 5-star clearance, I'd need more info on your situation to give you advice there.
