Because bored last week, I decided to video cap on my overkill rig to find exact timings.

What is a server frame?
It's a discrete unit of processing occurring in 16 millisecond intervals.

Input is validated and executed in these discrete steps of frames.
Everything is aliased to 16ms resolution.

16 ms is also very slightly faster than 60hz, which is very likely why disabling vsync helps other than working around the input polling rate ALSO being polled once per client frame (different from server frame).

Shield Cancel Delay Frames:

23 for flourish
26 for blasters/pulsars/alchs
39 for sealed

Remove 1 frame for each asi added.
Frames are in units of 16 milliseconds.

This delay is the time before shielding/boosting is taken into account after the attack.

A) Can you measure the conventional weapons as well? Namely winmillion, dread venom striker, leviathan, and sudaruska.

B) Can you measure charge time in a similar manner for bombs and other charge based weapons?

A) Haven't tested many LD weapons yet even, it'll be valve time.
B) Haven't considered that yet or its usefulness.

In addition, more data:
Mixmaster is 26 frames, the same base number of frames as a blaster, pulsar, and alchemer.
The mixmaster I have doesn't have ASI on it, but if I follow the "remove 1 frame for each ASI low added" guideline I listed earlier, it matches its timings up exactly with a blaster. My mixmaster with no ASI is 26 frames, while my ASI VH Riftlocker and Arcana are both 22 frames.

Therefore, an ASI VH blaster or mixmaster or alchemer is precisely 11/13 the attack time of one without any ASI.
