Know why you're losing subscribers?
People don't like your videos.
Also wanna know what happens with prizes?
Step 1: Someone subs
Step 2: They win their prize
Step 3: They unsub because they literally do not care about your videos.
The best way to get subscribers is to make good videos.
You don't have Spiral Knights content so there is no reason to be subscribed. It's as simple as that.
And to be 100% honest, your routine is unoriginal. It's the same formula that thousands, if not more, attempt every day. Not to mention, your graphics and all that good stuff seems to be far from optimal. In this day and age, if you aren't on top of your technology game, you lose. Nobody wants to watch frame drops and crap quality videos with mediocre commentary. It doesn't help that you tried to buy your viewership, which is something shunned upon universally as far as I know. That, alone, set you up to fail.
