Grey Havens not answering

I had some problems with not getting the Cradle and all achievement, so i sent a message through the support portal. That was some weeks ago and a week ago i sent one more. They are yet to answer and i don't really know what to do at this point. It would be nice if someone could help me out and even better if someone from the team would actually answer this post.

It sounds like you should just probably contact us in game. To contact support click on the ? in the lower left of your game -> Click on the support tab -> Select "Support Request". This generally has a faster response time than email.
As Fangel mentioned, if you haven't gotten any response whatsoever to an email after a few business days, please check your junk mail for any responses. If you still don't see one, it likely means that it fell into the void. If it's not there you'll want to try emailing directly: support@spiralknights.com.
Did you send it through the "email support" window? I know after the transition, that didn't work, thus I had to email support directly at "support@spiralknights.com". Try giving that a go, however I assume they're on a holiday schedule right now so responses may be slower than normal.
