Nothing huge. But an option to dismantle gear to get a portion of the materials back would be sweet. Even if we only got back the crafting materials all at 1 less of the original amount. It would be helpful for a lot of players who accidentally invest a lot of time into gear they didn't know was sub-optimal.

To get 30kcr for a 5* weapon that costs 3.5ke that's less than 10% of the cost or worse if you crafted it and invested a lot of time and hard earned orbs -_-
Materials are pretty easily-obtained. What I would add to this is getting half the COST back too.
