Bug fix 6-17-11 messed my PC up

I went on this morning,and it was like an average Spiral Knights login.Then I had to leave.While I was gone,the bug fix came out.When I opened the launcher,it did the same thing,where the game is updated.Then when I try and login,it says 'Failed to connect to server'.So I waited an hour.When I tried again,I typed my password,and hit Enter,therefore doing the 'Logging in' process.But it just sat there saying:'Logging in' the whole time.I click on my password box,and saw that I could delte and retype my password while it was logging in.THAT does NOT happen.After a while I tried one more time.It worked like a mormal login.Then I wanted to do a gate,but when I entered the Clockworks,it just sat there with a blank screen.I returned to Haven and tried again two more times.Failed.I logged off.Now,it wont even let me LAUNCH the game.It sits there playing the title music on a white screen.
I dont know why this is happening,but could anyone tell me why this could be happening?Therefore,if I fix the problem,Im offering 300 CR on the game.(Its not a lot,I know).Thank you for reading.

I dont wanna lose all my
I dont wanna lose all my progress.And what if it doesnt work?I will lose my progress,AND have to try something else just to restart.

NegaZero, your progress is saved on the Spiral Knights server.
When you remove your Spiral Knights data from the game, you can still log into your old account without problems.

New Update problems...
Still,I cannot even do the login.The music stops playing after maybe 5 seconds,then is a blank screen.I clicked the screen,and the title came up,the music came back,but everything was OF COURSE frozen.I want the admins to put back the original Spiral Knights before this stupid bugfix came out.Spiral Knights is also taking like 86% of my CPU.

Are you still having trouble
Are you still having trouble after uninstalling and reinstalling? That is excellent advice, and usually fixes difficulties. As Ten_Tacles explained, you won't lose any of your items or progress by doing so.

Yay!But there is something else
I dont know where the reinstall is.I dont think I have it,because I just installed the launcher,not the full thing with files.If Im doing something wrong,please tell me.

Working then messed up AGAIN
I now do the 'Play' part of this website.It all went smooth.I had to log out and in to my account though,but it worked.Then,it messes up AGAIN.Same problems.I try and login,but it stays a black screen.
I kept trying.I kept count to 23 where the login screen appeared,but it was frozen,and I couldnt login.Im really frustrated right now,and I could REALLY use assistance.Im thinking that I'll never be able to play SK anymore if this problem isnt fixed.I have seen maybe 9 other forums experiencing this same problem.The bugfix has been messing up SK.And more than half of it was just little Steam things.I only know 1 person who uses Steam.RAWR!!!!
