it hapens all the time and sometimes in LD i can barley see anything when the lights glitch

That's...bizarre. Appears almost to be like the names of your textures got screwed up. Or maybe they aren't getting UV mapped correctly, which either points to something wrong with your hardware or your installation.
What operating system are you using? (Linux? Mac? Windows?) What graphics settings are you using? What's your graphics card? Have you tried Compatibility Mode? Do you consistently get this issue all the time?
So far, I can suggest two things: Update your graphics driver, or reinstall the game. (Or this if you're a Steam user; it's kinda like reinstalling.)

I'd try redownloading the game.. it could be that some of your textures just didn't quite make it. Or it could be a graphics card thing?
I've had this foreeever. It always happens seemingly at random and it only does it to things like particles and items that are dropped on the floor. Maybe bushes but that's rare. Never knew what caused it or what would the issue be.
when i tried the verify thing it said 19 files are corrupted and after re-downloading them the problem was fexed thx
Am-Dumb, do you use an AMD graphics card by chance? Friend of mine had that exact same issue and when they got a different card (Nvidia) the problem was resolved.
If so you can try to see if updating your graphics driver helps, or alternatively, if reverting it to an earlier time would help (if it worked fine in the past).
You can also try to reinstall if you use the standalone client, or verifying the game cache if you go through steam.
