Game will not open on STEAM
Hello all, I tried opening the game for the 1st time in over a year tonight, figuring I would get back into it. However, it wont even start. The update screen came up, and it updated. Tried to start the game again, and I flashes preparing to start Spiral Knights, and immediately closes. Try spamming the play button, and it says its already running. Okay cool, restart my PC. Try again, same thing happens. Okay, uninstall game, reinstall, update again, and same thing happens. Weird. Try verifying game cache, it re-downloads 14 files. No luck, game still wont start through steam. Read the forums, try all of the "hotfixes" like disabling steam overlay, and all of that noise. No luck, the game still wont start.
System specs: 2012 HP ENVY with an AMD FX Vision Graphics card. So its not the NVidia problem most are having
Windows 10 (always updated)
Game worked just fine when I last played it over a year ago.
EDIT- Just tried downloading the game from here, and playing it that way, that did not work either. The game just wont start, no matter what I do.
I have a feeling its something to do with Java.

Might as well do a 64 bit SK, only do step 5, 7, 8, 9, 10:
Here's what I would do:
1) Uninstall Spiral Knights
2) Delete Spiral Knights Folder
Steam SK > C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Spiral Knights
Browser SK > C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Spiral Knights
3) Uninstall jre_6 and any related older java and/or sdk
4) Restart
5) You may need a developer's account with Oracle to download. Just sign up quickly.
Download jre_7 latest version and install (Try both 32 bit and 64 bit): http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre7-downloads-1...
6) Reinstall Spiral Knights
7) Rename java_vm in SK folder to java_vm_original
8) Copy and paste jre_7 into Spiral Knights folder (first do 64 bit if it works; if not try 32 bit)
9) Rename jre_7 to java_vm
10) Start the SK client to check if it works. if it doesn't try the 32 bit version of jre_7
