So, I am really new to this game. I used to play a few years ago, figured I'd take a trip down nostalgia lane when I saw it in my Steam library for some reason. I didn't know how it got there, but didn't care. I played it and, yeah, I'm sorta hooked again. I was exploring my Steam library when I saw I had the "Imperial Tricorne" item dlc. I figured out that you got it when you bought the Empire: Total War collection, which I did a few weeks ago. I realized that that was how it got in my Library, but... I never got the Tricorne. I checked my mail, and definitely didn't buy the Empire: Total War collection more than a month ago... So, could anybody that this has happened to or knows what to do help? Thanks a lot!

May be a bit of an issue on Steam's end. You shouldn't be able to get the item anymore - but perhaps the way they've done it in-game is to make the DLCs for those items simply not send the knight their items. The game was let go from SEGA around a year ago, and since they aren't owned by that IP anymore, the SEGA-related cross-promotional items are no longer obtainable via purchasing the items through Steam.
Regardless, welcome back to the game! There's a lot to catch up on over the years. :)
