Making a small list of tips for inexperienced knights since I see these mistakes extremely frequently.
On D24, in the first mob room, put the two totems on the left side to the right side. Block the left wheel with a statue. This makes it so that you don't have to worry about respawns on the left side anymore. Makes it easier to kill everything.
On D25, once you pick a route (left or right), finish your side before you switch sides. This is common etiquette that a lot of newer players do not abide to for some reason. Have some decency and do your share of the work before advancing. As someone who usually finishes 4+ rooms in PUGs, this is quite frustrating. I intend to do most of the work anyways, but I expect everyone to at least try a little bit.
In D25's lower left room, once the zombies die once, you don't have to rekill them. A strat that a lot of more experienced players use is to just kill every zombie in there once and leave, without moving the totem. Moving the totem requires time and the goal is to go fast. Plus, no use in rekilling mobs without loot.
In D25's top right room, to avoid the rocket from activating, use your dash ability right before you enter its line of sight. He won't see you and you can proceed with the fight worry-free. On the off chance that you activate him, wait for him to shoot a rocket at you and dash. The timing you want to do this is during the time where he is reloading/not attacking you. This moment is about 1 full second after he has shot his missile. If you dash during his attack animation (when he has a green aura around him) or too early after he shoots a rocket, you have failed to get him off of you. He needs to be idle during your dash or this will not work.
On D26's left route, in the first room, you have to walk all the way to the button in the top 2 rooms to spawn mobs. People often forget the upper right room spawns mobs or think the spawn is completely random. It isn't.
In the boss fight, do not water Vanaduke's mask during Phase 2 and Phase 4 while it is blue/already watered. This will cause it to glitch out the next time you water the mask from red->blue; the mask will turn red for a brief second and instantly go back to blue. This is bad. Only water the mask when it is red! Never when it's blue!
In the final phase of the boss fight, do not put out every single flame on the floor. Look for problematic ones that interfere with escape routes and take them out only. Something that some people don't know is that Vanaduke only spawns a set amount of flames. Let him bring out as many flames as he can so your group doesn't have to fight against the RNG of the flame spawns. Less RNG means that you can have a smoother battle.
Feel free to add more tips. These are just a few that I see extremely often. Just want to educate some folks.
Also,
PSA: DO NOT THROW WATER AT THE ALREADY WET MASK IN PHASE 2 and 4! If you do, and if any teammates are near the mask when you water it again, they're in for a world of pain and fire and suffering and will die, and we all hate you >:V .
Also, if you use shivermister against Vana, you must know the pain of having someone using their really weak gun in comparison to Blitz Needle, and breaking your freeze repeatedly. Do not be this person and make every attack count and hurt, because the person who's freezing him is giving you the damn opportunity to.
Also, on depth 26, on the left path. No, you do not have to throw a water bubble in the top left corner room. Why? Because you can actually get close enough to the statue blocked by fire and pick it up without having to waste time throwing water at it. The same goes for the center water fountain surrounded by fire after the second arena on depth 27.
Also, I would advise just speedrunning through 24. 24 doesn't have much note worthy to waste time over. Also on depth 25, only do 6 rooms since you only need 6 sprites to get water. I suggest skipping the wheel barrow room on the left side and the room with a trojan and two silkwings on the right.
