so i got this problem with firefox it now has an update that remove unity and java and we all know google chrome did same long time ago in 2015 i guess so useing internet explore is abit cancer...... can i somehow get the account i have on kongregate to steam?

The GMs should read and respond to your support inquiry within 48 hours.
Speaking with a developer is very difficult to do, but the support team should be responsive. If for some reason your message doesn't get a reply in 48 hours, try going to spiralknights.com/support/ and using the "submit request" option from the top of the page.

but omg man my friend mailed them before(and they respound on 7 hours) because he rolled a ticket on chaos armor that had fire max by accident and mailed them to make it back as before and they actually respound.dude my freaking whole main is there with a freaking orbitgun bound and black rose set i realy need my main back game it wasnt even my fault -.-

If you took the time to type properly and actually had a legitimate problem, you might actually deserve a reply from the devs. For now, all you are doing is babbling about some nonsense that is probably your fault.
The devs were generous in helping your friend, that is a reasonably legit problem. Try to fix your problem on your own, since you can't explain it.

If Firefox stopped supporting Java and you still need it, then the next logical step would be finding another web browser that still supports java, like Opera or Internet Explorer... Or am I missing something?
edit: I'm not sure if Opera still supports java anymore... haha, derp :s
Anywhos, if for some reason you don't want to use anything other than Firefox, the only thing you can do is downgrading to firefox 51 (64 bit ver here) and stopping automatic updates. ...but, using outdated stuff can cause problems in the future, so I recommend you just get used to another web browser.

something to note!
If you're using a 64bit browser, be sure to have 64bit java installed. I'm fairly certain Java is 32bit by default, so you'll need to download 64bit via the "All Java Downloads" section of the Java website, and then clicking on the "Offline 64-bit" option.
However, it sounds like Strayed-Faris has found other options in the meantime that definitely do work. Cheers!

i tried pale moon and it actually worked so problem solved i hope?i mean iam just afraid something similar happens like that again i just wish if kong users could log on steam or game website not only kong website because if anything happened on kong or any other browser stop supporting java i can use steam or anything else instead of being stuck in such shitty situation trying all world browsers to find something that make java works instead of just useing steam -.-

That's probably going to happen, considering that all major web-browsers are killing off NPAPI plug-ins...
Maybe GH will transfer Kong accounts to here or make a stand-alone client for you folks, but I don't know.

@Java/NPAPI issue
Okay, lemme clear this up for future reference:
According to this, Firefox 51 64bit doesn't support java, or any other NPAPI. So if someone is downgrading to an older version, their best bet is the 32bit version. ( I didn't know this, whoahoho XD )
Moving on, I can confirm that the following browsers can run the Java plug-in:
Firefox 51 (32bit)
SeaMonkey
Pale Moon
Midori
Now continue as usual...
Can you talk to a developer? Probably not, unless they're interested in your issue in particular for some reason i.e. are working on it at that moment.

As for whether they'll move your account over, historically not unless Kong is leaving/has left the game- and I'll be honest, I'm really not sure if Kong is still a thing or not. I play on Steam so it doesn't effect me and I haven't kept up.
