Hello all knights. I am worried what happened to the game as i am almost one year in it and i love it so badly. Please if anyone can help me with this matter. hope they will bring servers up again so we can enjoy this beautiful game more and more.

Ok i still cant get in the game. It is for me failed to connect and few people say at forums discord that they play it. But they have no proof it works. Or they just lie to others. I just dont want to lose equipment and all my energy and money i invested in game. I work really hard.

Most likely, y'all just need to restart your computers or "verify integrity of game cache" if you use steam.
If this doesn't work, you should either wait for this problem to be resolved, or reinstall Spiral Knights.
This is not a serious problem.

It is serious when you invested big money in this game and now cant play it even when i reinstalled the game 5 times now without steam.

If it suddenly affects many players, then it's not just one player messing up, so it should be treated seriously.
For what it's worth, I can still play the game (North America, macOS, stand-alone client from web site, not Steam). Anyone reporting this bug should be precise about their setup, to help isolate the bug.

Was having this issue, but it resolved on its own
I'm in Europe and couldn't log in from the Steam version of Spiral Knights on Windows. Situation resolved itself around 20 minutes later, right as I was considering messing with the install.

I contacted support on behalf of a few members on the discord server. Should be working now, but apparently it had something to do with a faulty instance on the server.
Since this morning i have also be unable to log onto server. Whenever i try it says Failed to connect to the server. Maybe they are ding something with the game?? I recently lost an accessory afew days ago because i was in a haven that was shut down for gods know what reason. Support is still looking at what happened tho.
