Just saying, I can't go with you to the shadow lair run. My Computer rest to factory settings.
You may want to ask this question over on the Bazaar subforum. You can move this thread by clicking on "edit" above your post, and selecting the "Bazaar" from the dropdown list of forums. Be sure not to leave a shadow copy behind!
But alas, there's no real time when you can "buy" shadow dragon wings. They are not assured to show up during apocrea or any in-game event. The closest you'd get would be the Cyber Monday flash sales on the supply depot.
Additionally, the wings may be out of your price range. You'll need to have a fair amount of money saved up for both the flash sales and buying a pair off another player!
