Why is my game so laggy?

I like the game, but the problem is I cant play it for the lag...
Anyone know how I can fix it

Do a windows update and

Do a windows update and update your video drivers! Just make sure that you are up to date on all your windows updates... that should help out... If it is still laggy, you might need a better graphics card/more ram. Have you tried turning the graphics down the low?

I may be seeing things here,

I may be seeing things here, but it seems to me that I don't see much of any lag going solo, whereas I see a lot on a team that isn't mine.
