At roughly 430-5PM PST, a group of 4 of us were doing King of Ashes. Just before the last room on Depth 27, my friend Zexmor said he got a 4* Cold Iron Carver from the treasure boxes. We congratulated him and finished Depth 27. We got to Vana, and were on the 2nd mask phase when we were abruptly kicked to the login screen. When we logged back in, Zexmor said that the Cold Iron Carver was gone. To me, this has all the symptoms of a server crash.

Given how rare equipment drops are, I was hoping that somebody from support could check the log files and maybe help Zexmor get his new sword back. Assuming of course that the server crashed in a way that didn't destroy the log files...
