One of the many things I tend to see while playing are people complaining about the lack of content. Nobody knows what's going on at grey havens, and nobody knows what to expect. There's a disconnect between players and the dev team which is unhealthy for the community and spiral knights as a whole. So why not keep us up to date more?

There are many ways to solve this issue, you could make weekly blog posts that only a handful of people will actually read. Or you could host more Q&As which will definately be successful but still comes with problems. But another way to remove the disconnect between the dev team and the players, is a dev stream.

A dev stream is a stream hosted on one of the many streaming platforms(twitch, youtube, etc) hosted by game developers to show off what they're working on and in the meantime interect with their community by answering any questions they may have.

Obviously a dev stream isn't perfect, but it's definitely something to try out. A dev stream can happen once a week or maybe once a month, either is fine. Aslong as you show that you're still alive, your community will remain happy.

I agree

The idea is neat, it could even help the community to get they problems together. The streaming idea is good, I would even like the idea of surveys or votes for ideas.
