I had an account before the Steam free-to-play event. During the event, I installed the game via steam and logged in (with steam). I had to make a new character and I played for a while.
I logged in today and there's no 'steam' log-in check-box. So I tried logging in with my old account and I have no characters.
What's going on?
same thing with me! have to start again but im level 10 on steam and i was about to start a guild!!!!
Me too! i put in a ticket with SK and they said they had to delve further into the issue and would get back to me shortly so i will let yall know if i hear anything.
Ok, to login via steam, i had to search my computer for any of the pre-steam stuff (im on a mac, so i just searched SpiralKnights.app) and deleted it all. after that, i had the steam logon option but it keeps saying cannot authenticate through steam, check your connection, etc. and its all fine. then i exit and steam crashes. wtf lol. anyway, ill keep trying!!
And before anyone asks, I did try re-validating the files and then a complete uninstall/reinstall via Steam. It does nothing.
