ok i know this energy system is cool and usefull especially because sega has to make money. but its such a burden to have to wait to refill the energy. i think that they should change it so you use less energy to adventure or just make it like 5 crowns to enter a dungeon not 10 energy. maybe figure something out to make it less crazy.

Energy's only really a challenge in the lower tiers - by the time you're doing Tier 2 runs without dying you'll be able to get enough crowns to buy CE on the marketplace, which can then be used for further Clockworks runs and more money-making. It makes a big difference. :)

Especially with all the steam people coming in. Not looking forward to a new batch of complainers.
As long as there are new players there will be more complaints about energy, but they really shouldn't be complaining considering that the prices dropped so low. When I first started energy was a little bit under 5000, then skyrocketed to over 7000! These new players are lucky because energy only costs, on estimated average, 3500.
There are 3 tiers to Crystal Energy complaints.
1: Steam Complainers: "Energy costs too much! I have to wait to play! I pretend to know everything about a game that I've only played for an hour or two!"
2: Post-Patch Complainers: "Energy is 7,000 Crowns and rising! This is outrageous! OOO is trying to force us to pay, those scalawags!"
And the Master Race:
3: Beta Complainers: "We're going to complain about people complaining. Boy, I remember in my day when you had to walk 3 miles in the snow... [... mumble, mumble...]"

This! I am ready to strangle people complaining about it. The game rewards people who buy CE that is how OOO provides you with a nice free game. But if your going to play the game for free you have to wait. DERPPPP
If people spent half as much time reading about/searching the forum (thru the search bar) for ways to make energy as they do complaining about it, they'd be rich.
What the he//??? A GLANCE at the market and you should know how to get energy. Sell your shards, problem solved.
It's like so many people cry that they can't keep EVERYTHING they ever pick up, buy, make, etc, AND buy all the energy they want. It was half-way legitimate complaint before the steam-punks arrived, but now if you can't make enough for energy/figure out how to make enough for energy, then you are beyond help.
Heaven sakes.
Look at the market, look at the wiki, make a plan, execute it.
i know its daunting at first but once you get to T2 u get more than enough money to buy energy to sustain yourself
