The lag I get on this game is often bad enough to make it unplayable - despite the fact that I'm in California, my computer is more than enough for this game, and I get 1GB/s downloads on a frequent basis. Recently I was at a friend's house with my laptop and we decided to play a little Spiral Knights, and - amazingly, for the first time since I started playing - no lag! I wasn't lagging one bit on his network. I can't figure out why this is, because as I said, I get good download speeds all the time, and have no problems with other online games. Can anyone tell me what's going on here?

How do I get some help with this? Is there no tech support for this game?
Bump. Can anyone help? I've made sure my graphics card has the most recent drivers, Java is updated and allowed through my firewall, the proper ports are being forwarded... I'm at my wit's end here.
