Does anyone know how to edit and add character dialogue?

I was gonna attempt to include the dialogue for Warmaster Seerus in "Operation Crimson Hammer" & the conversation between him and Sputterspark in "Shocking Sentient Sentries", but I see no other way to do it.
If one of you is the expert on the Wiki, please provide me the instructions on how to do it. Thanks!
You can add text however you want. But your wording suggests that you are trying to emulate a particular dialogue example. So what is the dialogue example that you're trying to emulate?
