After this update, the game won't display over 60 fps anymore, no matter what resolution I use (full screen or windowed).
It's like this even in areas without a lot going on, such as mission lobbies.
I'm playing in a 120hz mode and was able to get up to that fps previously.
I have vsync off.

They just limited FPS at 60, i have no clue why not 300 or something like that. But it's really hard to talk with them through the wall of silence.
