A non-transferrable membership in the Golden Slime Casino C.U.B.E. Club. Membership benefits include the ability to spin prize wheels 50 times at once.
The cost is 0 crowns if a certain condition is met (currently unknown), or 10000 crowns otherwise.
How are these working out for people?

That currently unknown condition might simply be having 50 Golden Slime Coins in inventory.
The rewards are seem to be on par with single spins, just like it's mentioned in description/ToS of the card.
All in all it's a more convenient way to get rid of your crowns and get bunch of Slime Lockboxes in return, which more often than not will give you net loss once you open them.

A) This is at least considerably better than it was before, as it is now at least plausible given infinite resources to attain the trinkets.
B) It hurts when I put in good money and GH gives me nothing of value in return. 22 boxes = 1.3 mill in keys alone = no 5* trinkets?

funny how you can talk about Knight Club, but not this one.
As far as the condition, I was asking/testing with some other people what it was.
It's not having any of the other achievements. I originally thought it was having the High Roller achievement, but some people were still being offered it for free even without it.
It's not player rank, it was checked with a vanguard alt and they were not getting it for free.
I tried Enfeebler's suggestion right now and gave 50 slime coins to an alt. They still weren't getting the offer.
I think it's prestige. All the players I asked who got it for free had relatively high prestige scores (150k+) but I don't know what the cutoff is.

I'd venture to guess it's related to the slime casino.
Maybe bought keys from it? Maybe opened boxes? Maybe encountered _ casinos?

information and confusion
Having more than 50 slime coins and more than 150,000 prestige (and being a Vanguard or whatever the top rank is), I visited a slime casino. I did not see any notice of any of this.
I don't use casinos much, and I've never opened a prize box of whatever type is related to casinos. So my guess is that this club is more related to casino use than to general SK play.
But to be honest I have no idea what you're talking about.

Patch notes...
Read the announcements. For one.
2. The club membership means you can spin 50 times all at once!
3. It's only casino gimmicks.
4. It's not a question of how something happens, its a thread to see how you guys enjoy this feature.
Now, I'm just stating the obvious. Don't call me out on that.
Anyways, I haven't gotten the chance to check it out while at work... But I can say it's a good idea for those who like to roll spam.
It's an animation cancel technique for faster gambling.
But I can indeed say this idea is a good "patch" to speed up your hard earned grind into lost profits and salty tears. :D

He'll have a membership card for sale.
The question is what price was he offering at. Most players will see the cost as 10000 crowns. For some, it will be 0 crowns.

Price was 0 crowns for me. At the time, I had all of the casino achievements except Degenerate Gambler. I think I only had ~25 slime coins when I 'purchased' the membership. My prestige is a little over 50k.
Surely the price is affected by one of the casino achievements. That makes sense to me... In real life, casinos give complimentary items/rooms/food to big spenders.
You will get one more button, that allows you to make 50 spins at once, after that you will see window with all rewards.
