Hello! I'm from Singapore and my Spiral Knights have terrible lag so I can't go down with my party. Sometimes the screen go blue and the whole computer shuts down and turns on byself again and again. Please tell what is the problem!!

BTW I just opened Spiral Knights and went to Rescue Camp 2 but the whole window is gone now. Please help.
