I'd like to take this opportunity and highlight some minor changes:

- In video options in advanced settings you can now choose to limit game FPS and set value between 30-200.
- Bechamel in Guild Hall offers another more expensive pose for knight statues. Your character looks like just after completing a mission.

oh nice, the last update locked it to 60 even if you could go higher.

frames per second

Frames per second. It is the animation speed of the game on your computer.

How high of FPS you want depends on the game. Turn-based games don't require a large FPS. For real-time games that are slow, players like at least 30 FPS. For fast real-time games with split-second timing, players like at least 60 FPS. For Spiral Knights I find 60 FPS quite adequate, but I see no reason why the game would limit the FPS to 60.

For comparison, modern digital films are shot at 30 FPS, I believe. Traditional analog films were shot at 24 FPS.

Grey Havens! We need full patch notes in order to catch things like these. It's amazing!

oh sweet

I'm glad I read this, I was significantly distraught with being limited to 60FPS, it was really getting in the way of my enjoyment. I got used to 100+ frames because my hardware can run it and being cut in half made it go from smooth to rather janky.

I would've never thought to check the video options without being told. Cheers!
