Anyone know how often they check or how long it took you to get a response??
They typically respond to most tickets within a few days at the longest (typically within hours if it's an in game complaint at a reasonable time) and most emails within around a month. Or at least that's been my experience. I believe that Cronus is in the US (I want to say somewhere between east coast and central?) and Hera is in New Zealand, so those would be the time zones they'd respond during.
What are you trying to communicate to them? They do read the forums as well, though it may be a private matter and the forums aren't the best at communicating most things.
