Since they didn't mention it, they did another patch yesterday that removed a bug where the new costumes were showing up as 0*.
only going off stats, don't have any of these weapons myself, but they look like reskins of:
Dread Captain Cutlass - Dread Venom Striker
Power Keg - Big Angry Bomb
Buccaneer Broadsider - Iron Slug
Ship Wheel - Swiftstrike Buckler
