Hotkeys
You can just use the hotkeys that are present over each thing to open those menus. But I believe the key to unlock those is the ` or ~ key. That's either the default unlocking hotkey or I bound it to that. It's worth a try.

Click on the lock icon by the map to unlock it.
there is a hotkey for it dunno what button it is, but there is a little Lock at your mini map klick on it and you can use your stuff
