Uselessly accumulating rarities have to be worth SOMETHING to the inhabitants of Cradle, right?
250 crowns for a vendored eternal orb isn't exactly an economy killer, anyway.

A better idea IMO is to make higher star rarities craftable using low star ones, (for example: Crafting 3 radiant fire crystals using 10 shining fire crystals or crafting an eternal orb of alchemy using 3 elite orbs or alchemy.) and vise versa (for example: Crafting 5 glowing fire crystals using 3 shining fire crystals or crafting 2 elite orbs of alchemy using an eternal orb of alchemy.) I think the best way to balance this idea is to make rarities a bit rarer than they are right now maybe 10% drop chance from boxes (or is that their current drop chance? If it is, keep it.) just converting them to crowns won't be exactly a good idea but having more fire crystals and orbs of the kind you NEED will encourage crafting more gear which SK is all about this will also help poor players stuck at HoH missions LOTS and believe me they are not a small percentage of SK players and some of them are stuck for weeks cause orbs of the kind they need are very rare and the missions they already unlocked don't have a high enough crown payout to buy orbs from the supply depot, this idea will bring players who had already quit long ago on finding orbs or crystals (some people get stuck on HoH for weeks or even months if they don't have much free time to play, no joke.) this is a great factor that makes players quit SK and it isn't nice.
