I had a similar issue with the auction house. I hit the Buy button for 5 blue shards, then the auction said it had ended. My crowns went down, but I didn't get mail saying I won it and it didn't say in the auction house that I won it either...
I have the same problem too...
I wish they would fix this bug soon.
