Estimates For How Much it Would Cost to buy a Defunct Guild?

I have actually no clue whether or not guild selling is allowed... So if this breaks ToS or such, just unpublish this thread please.

This game has plenty of defunct guilds, which rather than be destroyed are left to rot forever unused and forever trapped in debt. These guilds required both in game and out of game money to created and then run and upgraded, hence why they're generally not destroyed.

I'm looking to buy one of these guilds for my own personal uses actually, and would like some estimates. Looking for defunct, dead guild, preferably with as few upgrades and items in the guild treasury as possible. I figure the fact the guild's both defunct, dead, and "locked" would count against it's value. Though the fact it still took energy to start up leads me to believe I'll still have to invest a lot of money. What are your thoughts? How much should a defunct guild cost?

If you want a guild with no upgrades and no items in the treasury, you should just create your own guild. It only costs like 500e and 50kcr or something like that. Would probably be significantly cheaper than buying someone's guild tbh. Either way, good luck, my homie.

not explicitly

If you're talking about in-game value, that can easily be done by inviting you into the guild, making you Guild Master, then leaving the guild. This in-of itself isn't an "illegal" activity within the ToS. Exchanging in-game currency for doing this isn't explicitly against the ToS either, it just may have administrative action if the other person gets cold feet and reports you (instead of, you know, asking for their guild back and solving it between each other).

Any use of external currencies for anything in game is against the ToS however.

Honestly, a defunct guild really shouldn't cost much/anything if its owners and players don't use it anymore.

Interested.

I'd be up for talking to you about this, I have a few older guilds most of them with roughly 1m worth of furniture just default. It'd be relatively easy to give you one for almost nothing.
