5 Star gear drops from boxes, I don't see why it couldn't drop from a monster at a low rate.

I thought the Tortodrone
I thought the Tortodrone dropped Omega Shells anyway. Just at a much lower rate than Stone Tortoises. Also based on the current tooltips there is no practical difference between Stone Tortoise and Omega Shell anyway.
A monster that drops 5* gear... Eh.
That seems like a bad idea cause it'd would lower the value of the Omega Shell. Also, It would probably make people whom worked very hard to transmute one very angry that someone could just get it by killing a Torto,
When they worked hard to make one them selfs.
