Collector enemy augmentation

I propose an increase in difficulty to the Collector mini-boss in the form of AI-controlled Battle Sprite attacks.
Enemy Sprites scale from stage 1 to 3 depending on Tier, and are colored dark grey/white/red, sharing the Collector's palette.
Enemy sprites are summoned by the Collector, and use their first skills as a form of attack. Their AI is a modified Greaver's; they swoop down a distance away from the target and fire somewhat-inaccurately, effectively creating a "bullet hell" when two or more enemy sprites are present.
Enemy sprites can be "killed", and will fly off akin to Snipes when their health is depleted.
Enemy sprites can be of any type introduced, even promotional ones, but all share the same palette as the Collector. Their harnesses are re-skinned with the sigil of the Collector, seen on its back.

To top it all off, I propose an increase in Collector sightings in the Clockworks as well as a promo box with Collector-paletted costumes, accessories, and Sprites.

+ a small bug

If you run towards the Collector when he's about to dash at you and you're already touching him, he'll dash through you and you won't take any damage. This could be fixed.

That's actually interesting.

Seems like they wanted to test it on missions before releasing it into the wild, so if that's the only thing wrong with it they can easily patch that up.

A shame the only encounter

A shame the only encounter you have with it is in that mission.

Maybe it could be wrapped up in a recurring event in which it would randomly spawn in deconstruction zones and prevent you from using your own sprites.

You do encounter the Collector again in the mission "Breaking in the Recruits". However, I would be totally for a gremlin danger mission where we have to fight our way to a mega collector who has two collectors at the same time before you fight the big one. That would be a pretty awesome fight.

I would say that if we ever see the Morai in clockworks levels, them having battle sprites that act as enemies would be an interesting mechanic.
