Sometimes after playing, there is a picture of me in action on my desktop. I don't know why they randomly appear, but how do I do a screen capture to save an image of myself in action?

It's F12. Or F5. Or something

F5 brings up your recipes.

F12 is the default button for

F12 is the default button for it. You can change it (and any other keyboard/mouse commands) by hitting Escape and going to the Control tab.
