Title.

One of my favorites is this one from Payday 2 ( Payday 2 was such as an great game, but developers sadly killed it with their '' Balancing '' ;-; ) It feels quite epic, and the way it was designed for a specific mission of the game makes it extremely good : The mission the soundtrack is for, like the name says, its more or less an pursuit, an guy your contract is to eliminate him is running to the top of the building and you have to reach him. It matches with the part you are on it unless if you stand on a spot not progressing for long, then at the second half of it it just begins to get epic when the fight on the top floor begins. Specially due to the other 2 parts that are similar to 1:00. It just feels amazing for me. Here it is :

That's tough. Like, real tough. I'd say on a whim though it's PROBABLY something from the original Deus Ex. I'd say my favorite is the "UNATCO Return: Ambient" track- it starts out kind of slow and...well, ambient, but it picks up so well and fits the mood of the game at the time so well. It just makes me feel great listening to it!

Interesting question...
The ones I happen to like (and listen) the most are Transistor, Mirror's Edge, Mirror's Edge Catalyst, and Crypt of the Necrodancer (FamilyJules7x version). Despite loving all of these games' soundtracks, I'm mostly attached to the Mirror's Edge Catalyst and Transistor ones, being Anchor District, from MEC, and We All Become, from Transistor, the ones I enjoy the most.
If I had to pick between these two, I'd say We All Become is my favourite.
On a side note, as OP stated, Payday 2 soundtrack is also great!

Thoughts

Risk of Rain, Deadbolt, and Hotline Miami (1 and 2) all come to mind. All these games feature pretty excellent soundtracks very fitting with the levels/scenes they're featured in.

Child of Light has to be the best I've heard in quite some time.

I played this game while my family watched. Poetry, fantasy, drama, beautiful artwork, and this soundtrack just added weight to the emotion of the story.

My favourite would be one of the tracks in Danganronpa V3 called Beautiful Lie. It's just so good to relax and listen to it.

Actually, I think Danganronpa V3's soundtrack overall is really good. I would recommend checking it out.

I can't decide!

This is definitely not an easy decision for me. There are so many soundtracks I love.

But my current favorite is definitely both of the Bayonetta games.

Minecraft Story Mode

Just one song from that game specifically - I think it was called No More Creepers - it's really calming but also kinda lonely-sounding. In my opinion, it's a beautiful piece overall. <3
