So I had this epiphany when i was staring at my sk screen, doing nothing. I thought, why not have all three bosses (Snarbolax, Jelly King, and Vanaduke) in a gate? It will most certainly entice players who are competitive, and as we all know, boss stratums give away generous crowns/heat. And it will encourage people to spend more energy (good for OOO). Of course, it can't always be available; the other gates will be deserted (probably). Maybe it can be set during weekends or just 24 hours a week.

I thought it was a great idea, and most people that I've talked thought it's great too. Please leave your thoughts. Your comments, suggestions, thoughts are valued =v=.

I like this idea.The only thing I would add is a clock to see how fast you did it.Then it would be a bigger competition,to see who can do it faster.

It would have to be on random gates only a few times a day. This way it doesn't get over played cause it's only happening a couple times a day. But it would be amazing if you could do this.

Interesting, but dangerous.

Tortodrone - nostalgia anyone?
1. We can create such gate, but with lots of inter-levels.
2. Entering this gate has to be expensive. Otherwise unique stuff will depreciate very quickly.
3. IDK if it will be a challenge if you approach the boss right away, not weary after their previous mobs. (even if you are epic and not weary, the trial should take place).
Summary: Very dangerous idea - why should we go to normal gates if such one would exist?

Thats why you have the gate once a day for a few hours on random gates.
This way no one can keep track of them

I believe new players would find it hard to beat a boss to reach a new tier. It's good as it is now, if you ask me.

That's what the gate map is for. I for one always check it before going down. Or perhaps instead of the normal symbol it would change to a monster symbol to indicate the boss stratum. That way new players would know to stay away from it.

That's not such a bad idea,

That's not such a bad idea, maybe, but farming might be an issue and make the regular gates less attractive for some.

Perhaps it could be a challenge separate from the regular gate system, perhaps some special rare/expensive/guild-only thing. The game is especially lacking things in the guild department. I'd like to see some kind of guild point system which could include some private guild gate. A pure boss gate might be a possibility. Perhaps it could also have some other effect than just give tokens, maybe some guild upgrades or such (guild heat -> guild level ?).
