Hi Guys! So! I'm fighting JK for about a week and still didnt get any gems T-T I've heard there are strategies out there on how to beat him
except for bring poisen fire and curse vials, it seems it wont work for me (and yes i misspelled poison cuz i like making it poisen)
IGN: Gaomon-Sensei
equip: Chroma mask (lv10)
Virulisk suit (lvl10)
Owlite shield (lvl10) - my shiled sucks for now T-T
Night Blade (lvl10)
Vile Striker (lvl 10)
now for the strategies, I've heared about nightblades and vile strikers that is why i have them as well as chroma for slime DMG I also heard ash of agni spam what is that?
is my equip ok to beat JK with a party of 4???

Just keep hitting it when
Just keep hitting it when poisen, it will deal you half damage so you can last loger. when it spins try to guess where it will stop spinning and immediately start doing damage, while it spinning if you are not surrounded use that time to dodge and use your health pills. most of the work is teamwork, if you are the only one dealing damage in a 4 knights party you all will fail because JK will heal alost same speed as you deal damage.

Most of shields works for JK
Most of shields works for JK since it deals normal damage, so find one it fits you with normal damage and health, owlite may not the better for JK but still works.

I bring Fire, Poison, and
I bring Fire, Poison, and Shock vials, but I use a Faust. If you have a Vile Striker you may be able to swap out the Poison vials for Curse vials... I make no guarantees on that though.
I hit it with a full set of my vials, and attack like hell with my Faust. Repeat as necessary. Ignore the minion slimes as much as possible, and when it turns pink and starts moving FOLLOW IN ITS WAKE! It'll clear a path for you, so there will be no slimes or blocks to get in your way. Use your health pills as needed, and just keep attacking it. Pierce resist can help since the minions deal Piercing damage now. And a Pierce resist shield is almost a must now. If you get really surrounded by minions you may have to slash your way out since there's so many that they can block the path of shield bashes.

It's not just your equipment,
It's not just your equipment, but your other party members. Make sure they're on the same page as you - make sure they know to keep it poisoned/ have status effects, and that all of them are attacking the JK and not the other jellies.

well...
I had my first jelly win yesterday. We didn't need vials- me and a team mate just spammed firotech(I had mk II) and we got out nearly scot-free. Oh and any shield with pierce and normal def will do. Here's a list of 2 star shields with those:
Defender
Jelly Shield
Bristling Buckler
Can you recommend any good shield ( I prefer 2* one so i can buy fast) for slimes and JK???
