Technically yes as it involves modding game files but I haven't seen it enforced ever. I still wouldn't do it though. If it became a problem they'd likely solve it.

Yeah uh...

Tampering with the game files even in such a fashion such as music and model swaps can cause unexpected side effects to the game's performance, potentially introducing problems that normally would not exist if the files remained unaltered. I have personally never seen it enforced myself but it is against terms of service, not to mention could make it a bit more difficult for the support team to help you out if something were to go wrong due to game file modifications and its potential impact of the behavior of the game.

Highly against the game's TOS. Don't even try it. Not worth the risk. Best to keep abiding by the rules, which keeps order from chaos.
