Lost my Energy and Crowns

I purchase $20 worth of energy, I used the energy to invest on the market but I had to travel out of the country for a few months when I log back in I got a nasty surprise, my energy and crowns are no where to be found not in the market, not in my inventory, not in the mail. I'm pretty sure I didn't get hacked. Can some one help me please? Thank you.

Mail gets deleted after 30

Mail gets deleted after 30 days. If you were offline while an energy trade went through, it was sent in the mail. If you were offline and missed your mail for a few months it got deleted :(

Wow what a bad system, they should at least auto collect currency before mail expire or before you make an market offer give you some kind of alert before doing it. Is there something I can do? I spent time and real money to get my energy and crowns.

To be honest i dont know if you can get help from support in this case but maybe worth a try, explain them what happened and probably proof of your purchased energy. there isnt something else we can tell you what to do. from here is just what support tell you:

The game has a disclaimer in your in-game mailbox that all mail will be deleted after 30 days. But I second the notion of contacting support to see what can be done.
