Main problem is that the GH on Steam is not much active , there is other way to do this ?

They do read the forums, tho they don't often comment. Also, there is a decent chance the question has already been asked and others might know the answer.

GH have shown that they frown upon actually communicating with the playerbase like they dont even exist. No wonder SK is dying..

What about the last patch. They fixed some tooltips that was mentioned by community. Let's make a movie about it, "Miracle" should be good name.

You can contact support by emailing them at support@spiralknights.com. It may take up to 48 business hours for a reply, however they do read over these emails and reply to them with time.
Why do you want to contact them? They have a tech support system for issues related to the game, your account, etc. If you just want to chat with them for fun, then consider that perhaps they don't want that.
