Ok so heres the deal i'll log onto Spiral knights put in my Username and password and when i click my character it is taking forever to"head into town"

not working
sign, no way to contact gms, board system us made to help and progress people, =/
if u cannot connact gm or staff how they supposed to fix the problems?
