Go to the Bazaar, herd a
Go to the Bazaar, herd a snipe into the southwest corner, to the left of Kozma and Brinks. The camera zooms in when you walk around there, so you can get a clearer view of it. Then just wait for it to turn around and take some screenshots with the F12 key.
