How long does it usually take to get a response from support? Only response i got from them, was after 5h, but it was about that they received my email. I haven't got any response from them after the last one (10days by now). I sent a new message to them 4days ago (thought that maybe something happened to the previous one), but i didn't get any response. So, any idea how long do i have to wait? Came back after 4years, so i have no idea how long does it take for them to reply. And it's about billing. Thanks :)
Sorry, I don't have an answer. But no one else has responded, so I'll just say: I'm surprised that a billing question would go unanswered (because it involves real money and hence is serious). Good luck.
