More super armor like black kat

It's not optimal design from a player's perspective (where everything is useable and attainable easily), but black kat tends to sell and intrigue and honestly there are worse things. I know you won't like it Zero Chill but try to think outside the box and realize that this would both make money for the devs AND get us something cool and new.
Here are 2 sets and how to get them:
Serene Plate Armor (Ancient but fixed up and new and functional)
Stats on each piece:
+Normal resist (same as ancient plate)
+Piercing resist (same as ironmight plate's pierce)
+Elemental resist (same as volcanic plate's elemental)
+Status resist high (Fire, Shock, Curse, Stun, this is +3, not +4)
+10 HP per piece at level 10 (instead of the usual +5 at level 10)
+Damage high (all)
-Movement speed decreased (low)
-Attack speed decreased (low)
-Negative resist med (freeze, sleep)
How to get this incredible set:
+requires 6,000 tortodrone shells per piece
+requires 6 pieces of ancient (helm/armor for helm/armor, respectively) as material
+Upgrades from 4* plate
Obsidian Angel Set (Heavenly Iron except black + obsidiany)
Stats on each piece:
+Shadow Resist (same as ancient plate's normal)
+Elemental/Piercing Resist (Same as ironmight's pierce)
+Status resist (Poison, Curse, Fire: +6 per piece)
+MSI high
+Sword damage increased high
+Damage increased vs fiends high
-only 3 HP per piece at level 10 (instead of +5 at level 10)
-Damage reduced against non-fiends low
How to get this incredible set:
+requires 13 gremlonium
+requires 13 celestial ore
+Requires materials worth a total of 13K apocrean sigils
+Upgrades from 4* angelic set

I mean it'd make the meta of the game as a whole a bit more interesting than "kill everything with bk" but I think there are better ways to do that than adding more ridiculously good sets into the game, and since presumably they don't want to nerf black kat then maybe buffing some other sets would be a better idea?
tbh black kat in general was kind of a bad move

Well here's the thing- black kat is a terrible move and item for the game as a F2P title since it kills normal armor completely but a genius move from a making money perspective, which is what SK seems to be about these days. Chaos is really it's saving grace by acting as training wheels for normal players, so that they have SOMETHING to use while they earn UVs and black kat... which is probably going to be most of their playing-lifetime since neither of these are cheap goals.
If we're going to get more good armor that we can use, it would make sense for it to compete with black kat in rarity as well as stats. Fangel is very much correct in that the stats ought to use tweaking- I was perhaps unrealistic when I wrote 6000 shells... but 600 would be reasonable? Maybe 1000? It'd be up to the developers. I care only for the concept and not the stats.

Would rather have super specialized sets, one for every weapon and one for every monster family. Here are my own suggestions.
The recipes themselves should be expensive and need skill to acquire, think of them as ancient technology that had been buried and there's a special solo mission that you have to do to get the recipes. The special weapon sets should require you to complete a certain mission only using that type and the special monster sets should require you to complete a certain mission which only has that kind of monsters in it. Kinda like master rank tests in Warframe maybe. Might be a new DLC for each set that can be either bought for real money or energy.
- WEAPON SETS -
all these sets should have -1 status resist to all statuses except stun and curse and should have only normal defense
Swordsman set (can be crafted after unlocking Master Swordsman achievement)
sword ASI: med per piece
sword CTR: med per piece
sword DMG: high per piece
Gunslinger set (can be crafted after unlocking Master Gunslinger achievement)
gun ASI: med per piece
gun CTR: med per piece
gun DMG: high per piece
Bombardier set (can be crafted after unlocking Master Bombardier achievement)
bomb MSI: med per piece
bomb CTR: med per piece
bomb DMG: high per piece
CRAFTING PROCESS
recipe uses any two fully heated 4* swords/guns/bombs and 50 of each shard per piece and its crafting fee would be 25kcr per piece
- MONSTER SETS -
all these sets should have no status or damage penalties and average defense values
Predator set (can be crafted after acquiring Predator Crest)
defense: piercing/normal
resist: stun/sleep
beast DMG: high per piece
Liquifier set (can be crafted after acquiring Liquifier Crest)
defense: piercing/normal
resist: stun/sleep
slime DMG: high per piece
Dismantler set (can be crafted after acquiring Dismantler Crest)
defense: elemental/normal
resist: fire/shock
gremlin DMG: high per piece
Deconstructor set (can be crafted after acquiring Deconstructor Crest)
defense: elemental/normal
resist: fire/shock
construct DMG: high per piece
Exorciser set (can be crafted after acquiring Exorciser Crest)
defense: shadow/normal
resist: poison/freeze
fiend DMG: high per piece
Ghostbuster set (can be crafted after acquiring Ghostbuster Crest)
defense: shadow/normal
resist: poison/freeze
undead DMG: high per piece
CRAFTING PROCESS
consumes ten times the materials required compared to a regular recipe per piece so instead of costing 1 5*, 2 4*, 3 3*,4 2*,5 1* materials and 20 shards per piece it would cost 10 5*, 20 4*, 30 3*, 40 2*, 50 1* and 200 shards per piece and the crafting fee would be 25k per piece

TBH I'd like specialist class sets a fair bit because the reason why BK and Chaos are so good is because they're generalist sets that are good everywhere with any weapon (although you could mix 'n' match the class sets to also be generalist, so don't know how if/how you'd address that)
Actually I kinda think there should be set bonuses, e.g. you only get BK's MSI if you have both pieces, and the super weapon sets could only give you the best bonuses with both pieces
(if there were set bonuses tbh i'd be fine with the super armours if they only give you the best of their buffs with both pieces
On the surface this is an "oh no baby what are you doing" kind of post, but I had my brain surgically removed to be outside of the box, so thinking over there, this is actually a pretty interesting idea.
Obviously the stats can be tweaked a bit, but overall the idea for a "super set" that is abnormally hard to get with high power output is pretty cool.
I would say prices should be adjusted properly - while 6,000 ancient shells seems like a fair cost, that is roughly 1,500 tortodrone fights, which would be roughly 1 week straight of fighting tortodrones, assuming roughly 6 minutes per run. That is a bit too much to ask for - the amount of shells should reflect the winterfest scarf grind, which is around 18 hours of grinding.
