Energy Sale

Heya,
I noticed that the energy sales are happening right now, and I was wondering if they are still going to happen around the end of November as I remember them doing. If not, are there energy sales at the end of the year. I do not have any energy to send on this sale, but I am hoping that I can get some and be able to spend it on another one.
