Theres always the new players complaining about how long it takes to get enough orbs for crafting a piece of gear. So here's what I propose, the introduction of orb fragments
What are orb fragments
Orb Fragments are pieces of an orb if alchemy. When combined they will form an orb of alchemy. They are obtained as REPLAYABLE mission rewards. Meaning you wouldnhave a guaranteed chance to find at least 1 when completing a mission.
Flawed Orb Fragments - The Collector
Simple Orb Fragments - Snarbolax
Advanced Orb Fragments - Jelly King
Elite Orb Fragments - Roarmolous Twins
Eternal Orb Fragments - Upon reaching the core in arcade, Vanaduke, and The Great Escape.
It costs 3 of the same orb fragment plus 500cr to make an orb. You are guaranteed atleast 1 orb fragments upon completing any of the listed missions. You will have a 50% chance for 2 fragments and a 10% chance for 3 fragments(an orb!)
Orb Fragments will fix the progression issue. Newer players sometimes feel like they made no progress. You ran jelly king 5 times and did not get an orb? No worries, you got 5, maybe more advanced orb fragments. 3 of any of these missions now guarantees an orb.
When combined with the orbs you find from crates, you'll be crafting gear in no time!
Great idea, RNG can be a pain. I remember farming DaN for eternals and in 18 runs had no luck while my friends got orbs every single run of them. This would actually give reason to radiants' rarity though. Because progression becomes so easy, "truly" reaching end-game would become harder due to rads and this actually makes sense cause right now progression is hard AND reaching end-game is hard. So if this happens, we wouldn't really need a buff for radiants' drop rate, but that doesn't mean we don't need more places to farm them.
