Other improvements

I think we should make it a requirement to win 3 LD matches or 3 blastnet before each hall of heroes promotion.
So 2-3 star, 3-4 star, 4-5 star etc. Also, reinstate the tier divisions to lockdown.
I think that will rescue lockdown's popularity in a single stroke.
