Ok, what would Tier 4 mean for gameplay?
- A crapton of new weapons and armour would have to be added at 6* and 7* that don't exist.
- All the enemies would have to get new attacks or be different in some way.
- The devs would have to come up with some reason why there's a Tier 4 even though the Core is very clearly at the bottom of Tier 3.
- IMAGINE HOW MANY FREAKING GUNNER ARMOURS THERE WOULD BE AT 7*
- More lockdown splits
- You'd probably need 1 or 2 new bosses and a whole bunch of new Rank missions (as well as a rank above Vanguard)

I'm on the edge of my seat for that core storyline.

I would suggest a new stratum. Not quite a tier. Maybe even add an emdless gate where you would see how far down you can go. It wouldnt be too hard just make the enemies increase in health and power at a fixed rate and increase rewards at a fixed rate as well.
