Having latency problems? Your pet won't obey you? I have finally found a solution!
In rapid order while commanding your pet:
-tap the ability once
-press and hold the ability
Presto! pet does the thing! try practicing to get the hang of it first, and your unruly pet will become your most trusted companion!
the companion that doesnt bump enemies into you, or shoot exploding boxes right next to you.

Haven't had to do this, but it may have to do with the general "queue until able to" function most of SK runs off of. You can actually prepare a pretty nifty queue by holding down a charge, and then holding down both shield and your dash buttons (if they are standalone). After doing this, releasing your charge will have you immediately dash towards your mouse the moment you would have shield cancelled.
This is useful for using that whole "projectile spike dashing" technique discovered, especially with brandish.

I had this working for like one or two days, i would press the button once, wait for roughly the ping length of time then hold the button for it to work, but now it wont work at all. No idea what happened to change it but, here we are again. Sorry guys.

It's hard for me to imagine the mechanism by which this might work. Does it still work if you skip the first tap, going straight for the press-and-hold?
